At present, Aadmi does not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products purchased through aadmi.shop. All sales are considered final once an order is confirmed.

Order Review Responsibility

Customers are advised to carefully review product details, ingredient information, and policies before placing an order. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If a product is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect item is delivered due to an error on our part, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Resolution of Verified Issues

If a reported issue is verified, Aadmi may offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit, at its sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only in exceptional cases.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

Returns or refunds will not be provided for reasons including change of mind, taste preference, individual sensitivity, incorrect usage, delayed delivery caused by third-party couriers, or natural variations in product appearance.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where a replacement is approved due to an error on our part, reshipping costs may be covered at Aadmi’s discretion.
